Each guest room has its own special feature. The Crown Room has exposed beams and oriental rugs, while the brick fireplace wall in the Rose Room displays a mysterious portrait of a girl holding a single rose.
The Rose and Crown is a classic Georgian "square rigger," built in the 1780's. Its orderly design was the model for many other homes in Provincetown. The guest house sits behind an ornate iron fence containing a lavish garden. "Jane Elizabeth," a ship's figurehead, greets visitors from her post above the paneled front door.
