Rose & Crown - Rate & General Info

Season Information:


  • November 1st to April 30th is off-season

  • May 1st to just before Memorial Day is mid-season

  • Memorial Day to just before Labor Day is high season

  • Labor Day to October 31st is mid-season.

  • New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Bear Week, Carnival, Labor Day are high-season (all days of required minimum stay for these dates are high-season rate)




Payment can be made with Cash, Check, Visa or MasterCard.  Rates listed on website do not include MA state tax or local tax (total 14.45%).


Deposit & Cancellation:

For 2021 season, deposits are non-refundable

To book a room a 50% deposit is required. If cancellation takes place more than 30 days ahead of stay, deposit will be refunded minus credit card processing fees. Cancellation less than 30 days ahead of stay OR for an event/holiday will result in no refund.



Minimum Stay (Special Events/Holidays)


During special events or holidays The Rose & Crown will impose a minimum stay.  Please inquire within for more info.


New Years - 3 nights
Valentine's - 2 nights
First Tea Weekend - 3 nights

Pride - 3 nights
Memorial Day - 4 nights
July 4th - 7 nights, 5 nights if less than 2 weeks prior and rooms available
Bear Week - 7 nights
Carnival - 7 nights
Labor Day - 4 nights
Tennessee Williams Festival - 3 nights
Leather Mates Weekend - 2 nights
Columbus Day Weekend - 3 nights
Women's Week - 7 nights, 5 nights if less than 2 weeks prior and rooms available
Round-Up - 4 nights
Spooky Bear - 3 nights



There are limited on-site parking spots, all at a rate of $15 per night. In the event that all spots are taken, please contact the Provincetown Parking Authority at (508) 487-7050 for low parking rates at several locations in town. It is important that you inquire about on-site parking upon your first call or as soon as you think you’ll be coming to P-Town if contacting the Parking Authority! Advance notice is vital for the easiest experience with in-town parking.



There is no smoking in any rooms or any common areas of the house, per MA state law.  Smoking outdoors is allowed.
